Homesteading 101: Fermenting, Sauerkraut, and Edible Weeds

Join us at The Wallhouse Hotel on July 26 for another DIY Class instructed by a local simple living expert Karen Geiser. Probiotics are a hot topic and you can create your own with just vegetables and salt. Karen will demonstrate making a counter top batch of sauerkraut and dill pickles plus a few other fermented products like kombucha. Samples will follow.
