Along with instructor Karen Geiser, learn how to make your own cheese, yogurt, and butter with a hands on demo and yummy samples to follow. In addition, Karen will be bringing a wide variety of salad greens growing in her garden for you to taste and share tips on growing them in your garden. We’ll even top it off with some fun edible flowers.

Homesteading 101: Fermenting, Sauerkraut, and Edible Weeds

Atwood Area Fall Festival (Mineral City)
